2 Blocks, 5-6 Storey building, Floor area 105 000m² (Warehouse) and 15 000m² (Office).

Structural System:
Precast Columns, Precast Beams, Precast Staircase, Precast Landing Slab, Precast Planks, Precast Wall, Precast Parapet and Hollow Core Slabs.

Our Scope of Works:
Design, manufacture and installation of precast components, grouting of joints, beam top concrete and related works. Site planning and management of the above works.

Completion Period: 16 months (Sept 2013-Jan 2015).
